We offer different timelines based on your order type and location:
Ready to Ship: Dispatched immediately; delivered within 7 business days.
Made to Order: Custom pieces are crafted with care and processed within 4–7 weeks (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Domestic Shipping (Pakistan): Once ready, your order will reach you within 5–7 business days.
International Shipping: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location and local customs. 
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are not fixed. They are automatically calculated at Checkout based on: 
The destination country.
The total weight of your order.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, please note that import duties, local taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. These are determined by your country's government and are not included in our shipping charges.

Stay updated on your delivery! As soon as your order leaves our studio, we will send you a tracking link so you can monitor its journey in real-time.
